(SGV & Co., CPAs) and Quilab Cabilin Bato & Co. (QCB & Co., CPAs).
Jun's academic foundation is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, which he earned from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT). His pursuit of knowledge did not stop there; he further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, he is a candidate for a Doctor in Business Administration (DBA), demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional growth and academic excellence.
Jun began his career at SGV & Co., where he served as a Senior Auditor after successfully passing the CPA Board Exam. His five years at SGV provided him with a solid foundation in auditing and consulting, equipping him with the skills necessary to excel in the competitive field of public accounting. In pursuit of new challenges and opportunities, he co-founded QCB & Co., CPAs, a regional audit firm based in Mindanao, where he served as Managing Partner for nearly 25 years.
In 2015, Jun took a significant step in his career by establishing Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs. As Chairman and CEO, he led a team of senior managers who shared his vision for delivering high-quality accounting and consulting services. Under his leadership, LLB & Co. has become synonymous with professionalism and integrity in the industry.
Jun's expertise extends beyond traditional accounting practices. He has obtained global certifications as a Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA) and a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), further enhancing the firm's capabilities in forensic accounting and internal control assessments. Additionally, he served as the President and CEO of a rural bank in Cagayan de Oro City for 15 years while practicing at QCB & Co., CPAs, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the financial sector.
Jun is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), where he has held various leadership roles. His contributions to the profession include serving as Chapter President of PICPA Cagayan de Oro – Misamis Oriental Chapter in 1996 and as National Vice-President for Public Practice in 2009. He is also the founding President of the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP) Northern Mindanao Chapter.
His dedication to the profession has not gone unnoticed. In 2006, he was awarded the Outstanding PICPA Member, and in 2010, he was recognized as an Honorary Lifetime Member of PICPA. Additionally, he received the Outstanding MSU-IIT Alumnus award in the field of Banking and Finance in 2009.
In 2019, Jun was elected to the PICPA National Board as Regional Director representing the Northern Mindanao Region and concurrently serves as the Executive Vice-President of PICPA. His leadership journey culminated in his election as National President of PICPA on July 1, 2020.

Dubhe B. Montera is an accomplished accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Fr. Saturnino Urios University in April 2004. Immediately following her graduation, Dubhe launched her career at Quilab Cabilin Bato & Co., CPAs, where she rapidly developed her expertise in various accounting practices at their main branch in Cagayan de Oro City
In October 2015, Dubhe demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities by co-founding the Butuan City branch of Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs. As a Partner, she has been instrumental in significantly expanding the branch’s client base through strategic business development initiatives. Dubhe has cultivated a team culture focused on excellence and client satisfaction, specializing in complex tax regulations and compliance issues. She provides comprehensive financial advisory services for long-term client growth.

Jan Gariv M. Pacumba is a distinguished leader in the accounting profession, blending practical expertise with academic excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree from La Salle University Ozamiz and continues to pursue professional development and specialization courses.
Jan’s career began as a Junior Auditor at Quilab Cabilin Bato & Co., where he advanced to Senior Manager, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership. He later co-founded Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs, where he currently serves as Deputy Managing Partner. In this role, Jan oversees operations of the Ozamiz City and Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay branches, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and ethical practice. He drives innovation in service delivery and client relationship management.
Jan's commitment to the profession extends beyond practice. He serves as a lecturer at La Salle University Ozamiz, teaching advanced courses in accounting and taxation. As a mentor to aspiring accountants, he bridges the gap between academic theory and professional practice.

Mary Ann R. Sibonga is a highly qualified accounting professional with a comprehensive skill set and over a decade of experience in public accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Mindanao State University-Main Campus and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2010. Mary Ann further enhanced her expertise by obtaining the Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA) designation in 2021 and becoming an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) in 2023.
Mary Ann is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice. She also contributes to the community as a mentor in the Department of Trade and Industry-Mis. Or. Enhanced Business Learning Sessions, sharing her knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs.
Throughout her career, Mary Ann has cultivated extensive auditing experience across a diverse range of industries. Her expertise spans financial institutions, trading companies, cooperatives, electric cooperatives, non-stock and non-profit organizations, manufacturing, real estate, and construction. Jessiecris D. Martinez is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Isidro College, Malaybalay City, where he graduated with academic distinction as Cum Laude in 2006. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his career in finance and accounting.
Jessiecris began his career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where he worked from 2006 to 2012. During this period, he gained invaluable experience in various roles, developing strong communication skills, managing financial accounts, and leading teams and projects. These experiences honed his managerial and organizational skills. In 2014, he joined Mustard Seed Systems Corporation as a Functional and Accounting Consultant.
Jessiecris joined the Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs on October 26, 2015, as an Audit Associate, where he provided guidance on accounting practices and financial systems, further enhancing his expertise in the field. His dedication and exceptional performance led to his promotion to Partner in October 2019. In his current role, he leads the Firm's operations in Bukidnon, where he is responsible for strategic planning, team management, and client relations. His leadership has driven the Firm's growth and success in the region.

Daryll U. Almoite is a Certified Public Accountant with a robust background in financial consulting, auditing, and tax services. He joined Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the Firm. Daryll earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, where he developed a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. His academic achievements laid the groundwork for his successful career in finance.
Before becoming a Partner of Lope Laranjo Bato & Co., CPAs, Daryll honed his skills at Quilab, Cabilin, Bato & Co. (QCB & Co., CPAs), where he worked under the leadership of the then Managing Partner, Mr. Lope L. Bato, Jr. He also gained experience in a private group of companies, where he applied his knowledge in real-world settings. With nine years of experience, Daryll has developed expertise in financial consulting, providing strategic advice to clients; audit services, conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance and accuracy; and tax services, assisting clients with tax planning and compliance.
Daryll is currently leading the Firm's operations in Davao Region, where he is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence. His dedication to professional development is evident in his active involvement with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Daryll has earned a reputation as a trusted mentor within the Firm, guiding junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
